What if I’m not happy with my item(s)?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at: sales@cust-m-cartoons.com. Make sure your subject line reads “Return/Exchange” and we will contact you within 24 hours and take care of your request.
The ONLY time we will not refund or exchange an item at no charge, is if we were given the wrong information on your order form (Ex. Misspellings of names, places, etc). So please double check your order before submitting it to us.
Do you offer discounts for group orders?
YES! Companies/Organizations that order 10 or more of the same design receive 10% off their total order. Some groups that have ordered from us in the past are karate schools, dancing schools, scout troops, baseball teams and realtors. Email us at: sales@cust-m-cartoons.com and we’ll send you the special code you need to add in your shopping cart to get the discount.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Absolutely! We have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your number or personal information. If you prefer to call in your order, you can. The only two people that will see your credit card information are myself (Sheryl), and my husband (Dick), and we are the owners of the company! Once we have received an authorization number for your order, your charge slip is shredded. You will receive a copy with your order, but no account numbers will be on it.
Regarding charge cards:
On your credit card statement the charge for your Cust-M-Cartoons order will show up as CLOUD NINE VENTURES, INC. which is our corporate entity.
